Boris Staparac je rodjen 1958. godine i danas živi u Dalju koji se nalazi u Hrvatskoj. Preko četvrt veka je u svetu umetnosti i kao vajar izvajao je više od dve stotine skulptura. Izražava se u duborezu, keramici, terakoti i modeliranom betonu koji zapravo predstavlja klasično vajanje bez upotrebe kalupa, što znači da je svaki rad u ovoj tehnici unikatan i neponovljiv. Do sada se predstavio brojnim izložbama, samostalnim i zajedničkim gde je bio veoma zapažen i kritički pozitivno ocenjen. Njegova dela se nalaze u privatnim kolekcijama od Austrije, Monte Karla pa sve do Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Kruna njegovog rada je predstavljena u tri javna spomenika od kojih je najčuvenija izrada replike skulpture Rokija Balboe u Srbiji. Izdao je romane; 'Putovodne zvezde', i ' Ilijana'. Dobitnik je 'Zlatne značke', Kulturno-prosvetne zajednice Srbije za doprinos u kulturi Srbije. Njegovo poslednje angažovanje je izrada statue Rokija Balboe koja je uradjena u tehnici modelirani beton i koja je predstavljena na gotovo svim svetskim medijima.

Boris Staparac was born 1958. and he is now living in place of Dalj, State of Croatia. Over 25 years he is in world of the art and as a artist he made more then 200 sculptures. He express himself in techniques such are engraving, ceramics, terracotta and finally in model concrete, which actually represent classical chisel without of form or model using, which means that every sculpture maid in this new way is completely unique and unrepeatable. He represent himself on numerous self-contained and group exhibitions, where he was noticed as a fresh and new sculptor and he get critically very positive estimates. His art pieces becomes part of the private collections world wide, in countries such are, Austria, Monte Carlo, United States... His gold was projected in three public sculptures, where the Rocky Balboa sculpture in Serbia became most famous. His novels; 'Path-guide stars', and ' Iliana' where published in 2005. and in 2006. He also get a 'Golden badge' from The Cultural and Educational Association of Serbia for the contributing in Serbian culture. His last engagement were on Rocky Balboa sculpture constructing which is made in model concrete technique and which is presented on almost all biggest world TV stations.
